Bella Staging and Design was founded in 2005 by Bethany Schrader. After getting her real estate license in Utah, she followed her love of design where she studied interior design at Salt Lake community college. She then went above and beyond the norm by receiving home staging certifications from both Home staging resource and Staging Diva.

She facilitates people with staging vacant and occupied homes, de-cluttering and re-designing plans, as well as many model homes through out the valley, including models for the Utah Parade of homes.  She co-hosted a radio show on A2ZEN.FM called, Creative Energy in You, and host of the TV show called Conscious Life Design on Binge networks.  She has worked with clients on numerous types of projects bringing intuition, creativity and satisfying results.

Due to unforseen events in 2020, Bethany had to change the business to include staging ONLY to her personal listing clients. Janae Gardner is far more than the ordinary cook when it comes to real estate and design. That is to say her flare for the extraordinary dish will astound you, but her breadth of experience in the industry is equally manifest.

She has purchased, rehabilitated, renovated, staged and sold more properties than one can count, which blends swimmingly with her many years of financial experience. She has recently expanded into office and home staging, restaurant design, as well as Air bnb management which includes consulting, rehabilitation, and staging to spice up the mix.

Her enveloped perception of smart design and flare for all the right ingredients in equal parts, will impress as she touches all branches of design!
